- Mtandao Afrika : 2006 Training Program :
Within the capacity building efforts of MAf, a training program targeting 3000 learner and teacher is being prepared for implementation during April-June 2006 in collaboration with the local partners. (to download the training program description click here

Cameroon
SchoolNet Cameroon has implemented the Mtandao Afrika Basic ICT training program with the support of Microsoft UP program. The program was implemented in 6 schools with the participation of 300.

Congo (DRC)
SNA implemented the basic ICT training program in DRC in cooperation with SN DRC. The first phase of the training was attended by 104 participants. The program was sponsored by Microsoft UP Program.

Egypt
The Institute of Cultural Affairs- Mena office (ICA) has started the implementation of the Mtandao Afrika training program in 3 governorates in Egypt. The distribution of certificates is attended by the director of the education in the governorate, the director of the educational computer at the ministry of education as well as representatives of SNA and ICA

Ghana
Rescue Mission Ghana Has implemented the Mtandao Afrika Basic ICT training program with the support of Microsoft UP program. The program was implemented in 12 schools with the participation of 280.

Senegal
SNA implemented the basic ICT training program in Senegal in cooperation with SN Senegal, GEEP, iEARN Senegal and coordinated by Daouda Thiam, the MAf coordinator in Senegal. The training targeted 300 students and teachers as well as 30 inspectors from the ministry of education.
