TQA was recognized as an exceptional educational program
utilizing information and communication technology to advance the skills and
capabilities of learners and enable them to use the tools of the Internet.

Harry Tettah, winner of TQA 2002 (library.mtandao-afrika.org/TQA00191)
met with the Vice President of Ghana and the Minister of Education to describe
his experience with ICT's in general and TQA in particular.
